I have a John Deere 3010 with a loader on. I was having trouble with the spool valve for the loader, it was not lifting but would tip and crowd the bucket, so i put on a new spool valve. the loader now works fine but the steering will not operate unless i pressure the loader, then it works fine

I have a John Deere 990 lightweight utility tractor. While attempting to pull a small tree out of the groundwith the boom pole on the back one of the pins on the pole broke. The hyraulic system was fully loaded pressure-wise and up against the relief valve.
